Overview
When a production company wants you to join their project in Wrapbook, they’ll send you an invitation by email.
New project invites will have the email subject line, "Welcome, [Your Name]! - [Project Name]" and will be sent from @wrapbook.com.

The information that’s in your worker profile will be automatically applied during onboarding
Accepting an invitation in-app
If you already have a Wrapbook account, you can accept your project invitation from inside Wrapbook in two ways — no email link needed.
Option 1: Accept via your projects page
Go to your All Projects dashboard in Wrapbook
Find the project with a New alert. This alert appears as soon as the production company sends the invite and stays until you accept
Click Accept invite to review your deal details and accept
Follow any prompts to complete your acceptance
Once accepted, the New alert changes to Onboarding and the button updates to Complete onboarding until you finish your required startwork.
Option 2: Accept via your inbox
When you have one or more pending project invitations, an inbox icon with the number of messages appears in the top-right corner in your Wrapbook account.
On any screen while logged into your Wrapbook account:
Look for the inbox icon with a number in the top-right corner of any page — the number shows how many pending invitations you have
Click the icon to open your inbox
In the inbox, you'll see project and deal details including your rate, position, and offer terms
Click Accept invite. You'll be taken to the onboarding flow to complete your startwork
Note: If the project doesn't appear in your inbox or on your projects page, check your email for the original invitation. If you can't find it, contact the production company to confirm the invite was sent to the right email address.
Complete required startwork
Once your worker profile is set up you’ll be prompted to complete your startwork and other required onboarding tasks.
To learn more, see How to complete your startwork.

Project invitation acceptance troubleshooting
If you have the invitation email but Accept Invitation does not work, start with the checks below. In most cases, the invitation must be accepted from the exact email address it was sent to, using the Wrapbook account associated with that address.
Before you retry
Confirm that you are using the same email address that received the invitation. An email variation—such as a different address, an old address, or a dotted/undotted Gmail address—may be treated as a different email address.
If more than one worker shares an email address, ask the production company to send each worker an invitation to a unique email address. Each worker should use their own Wrapbook profile.
Open the invitation in an incognito/private browser window or in a different browser. Cached sign-in information and cookies from another Wrapbook account can prevent the invitation from being accepted.
If the invitation is present but will not accept
Sign out of any Wrapbook account that is open in the browser
Reopen the invitation in an incognito/private window or a different browser
Make sure you sign in or create the account using the exact email address that received the invitation
Try Accept Invitation again
If the invitation still will not accept, contact Wrapbook Support. Include:
The email address that received the invitation
The project name
Do not create a second worker account while troubleshooting.
If the page keeps loading or shows a spinner
Clear your browser cache and cookies, close and reopen the browser, and retry in an incognito/private window. If the issue continues, try a different browser.
If the invitation redirects you to login
Log in directly at wrapbook.com, rather than reopening the invitation link, and check My Projects or the All Projects dashboard.
An invitation link may redirect to login because:
the invitation has already been accepted and the project is now available in your account;
you are signed in to a different Wrapbook account than the one associated with the invitation; or
your email address has not been verified.
If the project is not visible after you sign in with the invited email address, contact Support. If your email has not been verified, complete email verification before trying the invitation again.
If the invitation was sent to the wrong email address
The invitation must be accepted from the exact email address it was sent to. If you cannot access that address, contact the production company and ask them to update your email address and send a new invitation. If the email address is already associated with another worker, the production company must use a different, unique email address.
If the invitation is expired or the link no longer works
First, log in directly and check My Projects or the All Projects dashboard. If the invitation was already accepted, you do not need the original link—the project should be available in your account.
If the invitation is still pending and the link has expired, contact the production company to send a new invitation. You can also contact Wrapbook Support for help locating the invitation.
If you received the invitation but cannot find the email
Check your Spam or Junk folder for a message from @wrapbook.com. If you still cannot find it, contact the production company to confirm that the invitation was sent and that they used the correct email address. If the invitation exists but the email is unavailable, Wrapbook Support may be able to help locate the invitation and provide next steps.
If you may have more than one Wrapbook account
Do not create another account to work around an invitation problem. Sign in directly and check My Projects first. If you have duplicate profiles—for example, one created with a different email address or a Sign in with Apple relay address—contact Wrapbook Support for help. Support may require identity verification before making account changes.
If two invitations were sent to different email addresses, contact the production company so they can identify the correct profile and remove or reissue the less-complete invitation as needed.
When to contact Support
Contact Support if the invited email is correct but the invitation still cannot be accepted after the browser checks above, if the project is missing after acceptance, if the account has not been verified, or if you suspect duplicate profiles. Include the worker's name, the invited email address, project name, and a screenshot when the page shows an error or remains stuck.
Recommended placement: Add this troubleshooting section to How to join a project, after “Accepting an invitation in-app” and before “Complete required startwork.” Expand the “My project link isn’t working” FAQ in About Onboarding to link to this section or summarize the most common checks.
