How to see your payment's status

You can see your most recent timecard and payment status on the project dashboard.

Access the project dashboard

To access the project dashboard:

  • In the left-side navigation, click All Projects

  • On your All Projects dashboard, find the project that you want to check payment status for and then click the View project button

  • On the project dashboard, you’ll see your most recent timecard and payment status

Payment statuses

Your Payment status shows where your payment is after your timecard is submitted.

Submitted / Not processed

Approved / Not processed

Processing

  • Your payment is being processed

  • The status will update to Paid once it has been issued

  • The speed of payments processing mostly depends on the production’s payroll schedule. Contact your production administrators for pay schedule details

Paid

Your payment has been issued.

  • Direct deposit: Sent to your bank. Direct deposits typically arrive within 2–3 business days from the issue date.

  • Paper check: Mailed. Checks typically take up to 7 business days to arrive. If you don’t receive it after 7 business days, contact your production/payroll team.

If you don’t receive your payment after 7 business days, contact your production administrators .
