Overview
Production companies can add training requirements to worker onboarding — such as requiring workers to upload a harassment prevention training certificate before they can complete startwork. This article explains how to set up, assign, and manage training requirements that ask workers to upload proof of completion as part of their onboarding.
Wrapbook's document upload requirements let you:
Require workers to upload a document (for example, a harassment prevention training certificate) before completing onboarding
Link workers directly to a third-party training site within the onboarding flow
Review uploaded documents, approve them, or request corrections
Bulk download all uploaded documents from the project Files & exports dashboard
Note: If you don't see this option in Wrapbook, contact your Customer Success Manager or the Wrapbook Support Team for assistance - they may need to enable this feature for your company's account.

Tracking document upload completion on the project’s People dashboard
After you've set up document upload requirements for a project, you can use filters on the project’s People dashboard to quickly see which workers still have outstanding uploads — or which workers have submitted documents that need your review.
Document upload filters
Two filter options are available on the project’s People dashboard:
Startwork or document uploads incomplete
Shows workers who have been assigned document upload requirements but haven't yet submitted all of them
Startwork or document uploads ready for review
Shows workers who have submitted their documents and are waiting for a company-side review (if a starwork approval workflow is enabled)
To use these filters:
Go to the project’s People dashboard
Click the filter button and select the filter
Banner alert
If you have workers with document uploads ready for your review, a banner will appear at the top of the project’s People dashboard that says:
You have [X] people with startwork or document uploads ready for review. View people.
Click View people in the banner to instantly apply the document upload filters and see all workers with pending review items.
Review a worker's uploaded training document
When a worker uploads a training document, you'll see it flagged on the project's People dashboard and on your Approvals dashboard
To review a document:
On your Approvals dashboard, click the Startwork tab
Click to open the file the worker has uploaded
Choose one of the following actions:
Approve — marks the requirement as complete for this worker
Request correction — enter a message explaining what needs to change; the worker will be notified and can re-upload
How to update a training document upload requirement
Document upload requirement details like the Name, Organization, URL, and Instructions for worker cannot be changed at the project level. To update the details of a document upload requirement, go to your company’s Startwork dashboard.
