Overview
Some productions require workers to upload proof of completing required training — such as harassment prevention training — before finishing onboarding. If your production has this requirement, you'll see an upload step in your onboarding checklist.
If the upload is required, you won't be able to finish onboarding until it's complete (or your production coordinator marks it as complete on your behalf)
If the upload is optional, you'll see a reminder, but you can still complete onboarding without it
How to upload training certificates
In your onboarding checklist, find the training document requirement and click on it to open your training requirement page
If a training link is provided, click it to access the training
After completing the training, return to your training requirement page in Wrapbook and click the Browse files button
Select the file from your device and confirm the upload
You'll see a preview of your uploaded file — review it to make sure it's correct then click the Save button
To re-upload or delete your file: While your document is still pending company review, you can delete it and upload a new one using the controls on the upload preview page. Once the company approves it, you won't be able to change it.
If the company requests a correction to your training document upload
If your production coordinator reviews your document and needs a change, you'll receive a notification. To see their message:
Login to Wrapbook
On your project’s onboarding checklist (or your profile's document section) find the training requirement and click on it
Read the correction message, then upload an updated document
If you can't upload your training documents digitally
If you've completed your training but can't upload a digital copy, contact your production coordinator. They can mark the requirement as complete on your behalf so you can finish onboarding.
You can find your production contact on the project dashboard.
If you're completing onboarding on behalf of a worker (agents)
If you're an agent managing a worker's onboarding, you can access and complete the training upload step on their behalf. Follow the same steps above from within the worker's onboarding profile.
