Once you have an agent profile in Wrapbook, you’ll be able to access your agent dashboard.

From your agent dashboard, you can access the following tools:
User menu
The user menu provides access to your personal account settings and preferences. Your initial settings and preferences are based on the information that you entered when your Wrapbook account was created, but you can update this information at any time.
After you login to your Wrapbook account, you’ll be able to access the user menu by clicking on your account name at the top-right corner of any page in Wrapbook.

From the user menu, you can view the following:
My shared files
Click My shared files to access secure document sharing through your Wrapbook profile.
Click the Requests tab to:
See the log of file requests you’ve received, and responded to
Respond to file share requests by using the Upload button
Click the Shared Files tab access files that have been shared with you, and files that you’ve previously uploaded

My clients
Click My Clients in the user menu to go to your Clients dashboard. To learn more, see the section, Your Clients dashboard below.
Account details
Click Account details in the user menu to view your details as listed in Wrapbook:
Headshot
Name
Emails
Phone
Notification settings
Password
Multi-factor authentication
Cookie preferences
Login sessions
From the Account details page, you’ll be able to view and update any of your information listed above.
In the Login sessions section, you can use the Log out everywhere button to sign out of your Wrapbook account on all computers and devices where it has been previously accessed.
Notification settings
Click Notification settings in the user menu to view and customize the email notifications that you’d like to receive from Wrapbook.
Notification option categories are:
Approval Workflows - Workflow comment added - Click the toggle to turn on/off email notifications when comments are added by production administrators to your clients’ startwork, timecards, and expenses.
Marketing Emails - Click the toggle to turn on/off marketing emails from Wrapbook
What’s new
Click What’s new to see Wrapbook announcements and feature updates. If there’s a new update, you’ll see a red dot next to this option in the user menu.
Help & support
Click Help & support in the user menu to see details for accessing the Wrapbook Help Center and contacting the Support team.
Your Clients dashboard
With an agent profile, you can manage your clients in Wrapbook from your Clients dashboard.
You can access your Clients dashboard from either your user menu, or the left-side navigation.

On your Clients dashboard, are two tabs:
Needs Onboarding
In order to submit timecards and receive payments, your clients must be fully onboarded. You can click the Needs Onboarding tab to see your clients that still need their startwork completed.

Click the Needs Onboarding tab to see workers who still need startwork completed. Click the Onboard button to continue completing your client’s startwork
Onboarded Workers
On your Clients dashboard, you can see a list of your clients that have already been onboarded to the project in Wrapbook by clicking the Onboarded Workers tab.
The list will include your clients’:
Names
Job titles
Status: Active

Once a client has been onboarded, they will be moved to the Onboarded Workers tab in your Clients dashboard. Click the View button to see your client’s worker profile.
From the Onboarded Workers tab, you can click the View button next to any client to go to their client page which contains the following information:
Projects
An overview of each project that your client has joined will appear under Projects. Each project overview will include:
Project dates
Onboarding status: Onboarded or Needs Onboarding
You client’s worker classification and union affiliations
The name of the project
Your client’s rate and payment method
A list of your client’s required startwork documents

Details
In the Details section, you’ll see the following information listed for the client
Date of birth
SSN
Withholdings Information
W-9 Information
Account - If this says, Your worker has a Wrapbook account, it means that your client has a Wrapbook profile setup
Payments
In the client’s Payments section, is the list of payments made to your client along with each payment’s Status, Payroll number, Project, Issued date, Requests type (Timecard or Allowance/Expense), and Net Pay.
Next to each payment, you can:
Click the View button to see the paystub
Click the Download so see the paystub as a PDF that you can save or print

Submissions
On the client page, beneath Payments, is where timecards and expenses to be submitted to the production company are listed along with each submission’s Status and Payment status. To learn more, see About Timecards and About Allowances & Expenses.

Agent Settings
Your payment information and mailing address can be accessed via your Agent Settings.
To view or update your Agent Settings:
2. In the left-side navigation, click Agent Settings
In your Agent Settings, you can:
Click the Edit button to see your Banking Information and update your Payment Method and/or Mailing Address
Click the View button to see Wrapbook’s Terms of Service Agreement
