How to join a project

Overview

When a production company wants you to join their project in Wrapbook, they’ll send you an invitation by email.

New project invites will have the email subject line, "Welcome, [Your Name]! - [Project Name]" and will be sent from @wrapbook.com.

Invitation emails

When you receive a project invitation from Wrapbook, use the following steps:

  1. Open the invitation email

  2. Click the Join Project button

  3. On the next screen, click Accept Invitation

Accepting a project invitation for the first time

If you're new to Wrapbook, you'll be prompted to create your worker profile.

  1. Enter your email address (be sure to use the same one where you received the invitation)

  2. Provide your legal first and last name

  3. Create a secure password

  4. Enter your Social Security Number (SSN)

  5. Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox

Accepting a project invitation when you have an existing Wrapbook account

When you have a pre-existing Wrapbook account associated with the email address that your invitation was sent to:

  • You'll be prompted to sign in to Wrapbook

  • The information that’s in your worker profile will be automatically applied during onboarding

Complete required startwork

Once your worker profile is set up you’ll be prompted to complete your startwork and other required onboarding tasks.
