Enable Cost tracking and the Budget tracker

Cost tracking and Budget tracker settings are permission based

To enable, your account must have one of the following roles enabled:

  • Role: Company Admin, Company Manager, Project Coordinator

  • Custom role with: Project. management - Full access, Manage projects and funding sources, Manage

In order to access Wrapbook’s cost tracking features, make sure the following features are enabled in the project’s settings:

  • Accounting chart (COA)

  • Cost tracking

  • Budget tracker

  1. From the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu

  2. Select the name of the project that you want to enable cost tracking for

  3. In the left-side navigation, click Project settings to reveal the Project settings panel

  4. In the Project settings panel, click Cost Tracking

  5. On the Cost tracking settings page, click the Edit button to update the settings

  6. Click the toggles to enable cost tracking and the budget tracker

  7. Click the Save Changes button

Select the project, click Project settings, and then Cost tracking. Click the toggles to enable.
