Create a worker timecard

Worker timecard creation is permission based

To create worker timecards, your account must have one of the following roles enabled:

  • Role: Company Admin, Company Manager, Project Coordinator

  • Custom role with: Timecards - Full access, Create and manage

To create a timecard for a worker:

  1. In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu

  2. In the dropdown menu, select the project that you want to access timecards and expenses for

  3. In the left-side navigation Payroll menu, click Timecards & expenses

  4. On the project’s Timecards & Expenses dashboard, click the Add timecard tile

  5. On the Worker timecard & expenses page, click Work Week to select the timeframe for the timecard

  6. To select a worker, you can click the icon to search for them, or you can find them in the Worker list, and then click the Create button

  7. Once you’ve created the timecard, click the Save & Calculate button if the worker will be filling it out, or you can enter details on the worker’s behalf

To enter timecard details:

  • Click to add START and END times for the week, using military decimal time

    • Production workers will see their time in standard 12-hour notation

    • To copy the hours from a previous day, click copy icon

  • For workers with multiple rates, be sure to select the applicable rate

  • For workers with multiple work locations, be sure to select applicable location

  • If you have enabled cost tracking or the Production Accounting Suite (PAS), you can select a line number from the dropdown or enter them number manually

  • To include timecard notes click + Add Notes

  • To make a wage adjustment, click + Add Modifications

  • When you’re finished, click the Save & Calculate button

Click the Add timecard tile

Click to select the timecard Work week, search or find the worker in the list and then click the Create button

Enter worker START and END times
