About project preferences

Overview

The Project preferences section of Company settings is where you set your company-wide preferences for projects.

Access Project preferences

Project preferences are permission based

To update, your account must have one of the following roles enabled:

• Role: Company Admin

• Custom role with: General settings - Full access, Production entities - Full access, Manage

To access Project preferences:

1. In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu

2. In the dropdown menu, select All projects

3. In the left-side navigation, click Company settings

4. Scroll down the page until you see Project preferences

Preference options

Under Project preferences, you can access the following:

• I-9 settings

• Timecards and expenses preferences

• Startwork preferences

• Loan out settings

• Contribution details

• Worker hiring preferences

• Job title management

• Non-union time calculations

• Agreement management

• Approval workflows
