Contribution details allow you to manage union agreements and contribution settings for your company’s projects. Before updating Contribution details, it’s important to save your union agreements in Wrapbook.
Union agreements
To ensure union contributions are calculated properly in Wrapbook, you’ll need to:
Upload your company’s union agreements to your first project’s Documents. To learn how to upload project documents, see Add a project document.
Email copies of your union agreements to [email protected]
Access Contribution details
Contribution details are permission based
To update, your account must have one of the following roles enabled:
Role: Company Admin
Custom role with: General settings - Full access
To access Contribution details:
In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu
In the dropdown menu, select All projects
In the left-side navigation, click Company settings
Scroll down the page until you see Project Preferences
Click the Edit button next to Contribution details
Update Contribution details
Changes to Contribution details will apply to new projects created after the changes are made. Existing projects will maintain their original settings unless manually updated.
On the Contribution details page, you’ll see entries for the the following:
DAG Producers
MPI Employers
SAG Business Representatives
SAG Payroll Emails
SAG Signatories
You can use the Edit, Archive, and + New buttons to update the information on this page.
