Overview
Contribution details allow you to manage union and guild-specific identifiers for each of your company's Production Entities. These identifiers — including MPI Employer IDs, SAG Signatory IDs, DGA Producer Numbers, and WGA Signatory IDs — are stored at the production entity level and automatically applied when you set up a project.
Union agreements
To ensure union contributions are calculated properly in Wrapbook, you’ll need to:
Upload your company’s union agreements to your first project’s Documents. To learn how to upload project documents, see Add a project document.
Email copies of your union agreements to unionops@wrapbook.com

Update Contribution details
On the Contribution details page, you'll see your company's Production Entities listed. For each production entity, you can view and manage the following union and guild-specific identifiers:
MPI Employer ID — used for IATSE, Teamsters, and Basic Crafts contribution reports
SAG Signatory ID — used for SAG-AFTRA contribution reports
DGA Producer Number — used for DGA contribution reports
WGA Signatory ID — used for WGA contribution reports
Use the Edit button next to a production entity to update its identifiers. Changes apply to future projects; identifiers cannot be changed on a production entity that is actively associated with a Project Agreement.
Note: If a production entity does not yet have an identifier on file, you can enter it during project setup in the Unions, guilds, & health plans step. The value you enter will be saved back to the production entity automatically.
