Overview

Authorized production administrators and accountants can use a project’s dashboard to:

  • See a summary of project details

  • Jump to specific project workflows

Access a project’s dashboard

In Wrapbook you can acccess a project’s dashboard from either the All projects dashboard, or by selecting a project in the left-side navigation.

To use the left-side navigation to access a project’s dashboard:

  1. In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu

  2. In the dropdown menu, select the name of the project to go to its project dashboard

Project dashboard information

In Wrapbook, project dashboards serve as information hubs for individual productions. They provide real-time tracking of project workflows including:

  • Onboarding & verification

  • Timecards

  • Run payroll

If Cost tracking is enabled for your company, you’ll also see

  • Budget

  • Petty cash

  • Purchase orders

If the Production Accounting Suite (PAS) is enabled for your company, you’ll also see an overview of:

  • Budget & EFC

  • Bank balance

  • Quick actions for accountants including Manage periods, Manage tags, and Manage Chart of Accounts

If your production company has PAS enabled, you'll also see a summary of the Overhead Budget and Bank balance, and be able to use Quick actions for Accounting.

Project dashboard actions

From a project’s dashboard you can:

  • Access project settings by clicking the gear icon

  • Unsubscribe from project notifications by clicking the Unsubscribe button

  • Click the links within each overview section to manage related tasks
