Overview
The Invoice Fee Summary shows the total employer costs for a specific payroll.
You can use this report to answer questions like:
What is the breakdown of all costs related to funding this invoice?
How much did this payroll cost in Employer Taxes, Union Fringes, Workers Compensation, and Handling fees?
What portion of wages required payments for Union Fringes, and what is the effective rate for those Unions payments?

The instructions below explain how to access the Invoice Fee Summary for a specific payroll run. If you’d like to see the total invoice fees for a specific project, use the Project Summary report.
When viewing the Invoice Fee Summary of a payroll draft, be aware that changes made to the payroll will affect the payroll reports, including the Summary.
How to access an Invoice Fee Summary
You can access the Invoice Fee Summary for a payroll run by doing the following:
In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu and select the name of the project
On the project dashboard, click the View payrolls link
On the New and Processing payrolls page, click the ID number of the payroll run that you want to review
On the payroll page, scroll down until you see the Report section where Invoice Fee Summary is listed.
Next to Invoice Fee Summary, you can either:
Click the View button to see the Invoice Fee Summary
Click the Download button and select either CSV or PDF to save a copy of the Invoice Fee Summary to your computer

Select the project, then click View payrolls

On the New and Processing page, click the Payroll ID

Scroll down the page until you see the Reports section. You can click either the View button, or the Download button to save a copy of the Invoice Fee Summary in either CSV or PDF format
How to show and hide rates in the Invoice Fee Summary
When viewing an Invoice Fee Summary in Wrapbook, you’ll have the option to click the Hide Rates/Show Rates button above Wages to hide or show the following columns:
Applicable Wages shows the sum of all wages to which a particular fringe or tax applies
Effective Rate is the fee amount divided by the applicable wages, and shows the rate the employer must pay for a particular expense type
