Overview
If a vendor, studio, location, or other third party requires proof of workers' compensation coverage for your Wrapbook project, you can request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) directly from Wrapbook. In most cases, Wrapbook will deliver the COI right away. For some locations, it may take up to one week while Wrapbook coordinates with local agencies.

FAQ
To help you manage production projects with Wrapbook, we’ve put together this list of frequently-asked questions.
Click the arrow next to a question to see the answer.
Who should I list as the certificate holder?
The certificate holder is the third party requesting proof of insurance — for example, a studio, venue, or client. Use the exact legal name and address they provide.
How long does it take to receive the COI?
Most requests are fulfilled quickly. If Wrapbook needs to work with a local agency — which is more common in certain jurisdictions — it can take up to one week. You'll be copied on delivery.
Where can I find and download my project's COI in Wrapbook?
Once your workers' compensation application is approved and a COI is issued, it's available in your project's Documents section. See Download a project's Certificate of Insurance for instructions.
What if the COI I need is for general liability insurance, not workers' compensation?
The COI request form at wrapbook.com/coi-requests is specifically for workers' compensation coverage. For general liability or other insurance needs, contact the Wrapbook Support team.
