Proof of workers’ compensation insurance is required for all productions that are using Wrapbook to manage payroll. To help production companies comply, Wrapbook provides workers’ compensation insurance for production employees and loan outs.
When you create a project, you’ll be prompted to enter information that will be automatically added to your workers’ compensation insurance application. The system will submit your application after you complete project setup.
Access Workers’ compensation
Workers’ compensation settings are access-controlled
To view a project’s workers’ compensation information, your account must have one of the following roles enabled:
Role: Company Admin, Company Manager, Project Coordinator
Custom role with: Project management - Full access, Manage
To access Workers’ compensation settings:
From the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu
Select the name of the project that you want to see the settings for
In the left-side navigation, click Project settings
Under PROJECT SETTINGS, click Workers’ compensation
Workers’ compensation settings cannot be updated once a Certificate of Insurance is added to a project.
