About Tax Documents
Tax Documents reports give you centralized access to all tax forms issued through your company—across all projects and workers.
Ways to use the report
Tax Documents reports are especially useful for:
Year-end reporting - Quickly gather all issued tax documents to support company tax filings or audits
Compliance monitoring - Ensure every eligible worker has received the correct tax form
Responding to worker inquiries - Easily locate and resend tax documents upon request
Internal recordkeeping - Maintain organized tax documentation across all projects and worker types
Verifying form status - See which forms were issued, corrected, or are still pending
What’s included in the report
Tax Documents reports include key information for each tax form generated through Wrapbook:
Worker Name
Worker Type (W-2 or 1099)
Project Name (if applicable)
Form Type (W-2, 1099-NEC, etc.)
Tax Year
Form Status (Issued, Pending, Corrected)
Download Link to the official PDF form
Delivery Method (E-delivery or mailed copy)
How to generate Tax Documents reports
To generate a Tax Documents report:
In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu
In the dropdown menu, select All projects
In the left-side navigation, click Reports
On the Reports dashboard, under Tax Documents, click the View report button
Use the filters at the top to sort by:
Year
Form Type (W-2 or 1099)
Worker Name
To export, click the Download CSV button
You can also click individual rows to view or download tax forms (PDF) for specific workers
After you click the Download CSV button, the file will be automatically downloaded to your computer. To locate the file, navigate to where your computer saves new downloads.

Run this report at the start and end of tax season to verify form distribution
Use the filters to isolate 1099 or W-2 workers as needed
The downloadable PDFs can be shared securely with accountants, auditors, or team members
