A cost report is a financial document that shows project expenditures in relation to individual account budget figures.
Go to the project Budget/EFC dashboard:
At the top of the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu
Select the project that you want to use the Budget/EFC dashboard with
In the left-side navigation, open the Accounting menu and then click Budget/EFC
Click the Cost Report button
Configure the cost report:
On the Generate a cost report page, use the Filters and Export settings to create a custom report
You can preview the report in the Report overview
Once you’ve configured the report, click the Generate report button
A PDF report will automatically begin downloading to your computer. To find it, navigate to where your computer saves new downloads.

Select a project, click Budget/EFC, and then click the Cost report button

Apply filters and configure the Export settings. Click the Generate report button to download the PDF.
