Wrapbook supports workers who are under multiple unions or working in both union and non-union capacities within the same production, ensuring pay rates and calculations are accurate for each role.
View your project wage rates
If you have multiple wage rates for a project because you’re a member of more than one union or you’re doing both union and non-union work on the same production, your rates will appear:
In your project invitation and startwork
On the All projects dashboard, in the project’s overview
On the project dashboard
On project timecards, as options in the Rate dropdown menu
On your project timecards, you can see the following rate details when you hover your cursor over the info icon:
Name
Worker classification(s)
Job title(s)
Union affiliations (if applicable)
Overtime exemption status (if applicable)
Pay rate(s)
Timecard rate selection
The rates that you’re able to select on a timecard are based on the terms you accepted when you joined the project. If you notice any discrepancies in your rates or union affiliations, contact your production company immediately to have the information corrected.
When you select different rates on your timecard:
All your work will appear on the same timecard
Your timecard breakdown will display your rates based on your production roles
Your payments will be automatically split based on your union affiliations, ensuring proper allocation of wages and benefits for each type of work performed
