Add a production entity

Production entities are permission based

To update, your account must have one of the following roles enabled:

  • Role: Company Admin

  • Custom role with: General settings - Full access, Production entities - Full access, Manage

To add a production entity:

  1. In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu

  2. In the dropdown menu, select All projects

  3. In the left-side navigation, click Company settings

  4. Next to Production entities, click the Manage button

  5. On the Production entities page, click the + Add production entity button

  6. Enter the required information: Name, EIN, and Address

  7. You’ll have the option to upload supporting legal documents,(for example Articles of Incorporation or Powers of Attorney), for the PE, by clicking + Add a document

  8. Click the box to confirm that you’ve read through the Terms of Service and Agreements

  9. Click the Save button

Click on each of the fields to  enter the required information. To add a file, click + Add a document. Click the checkbox next to the Terms of Service, and then click the Save button.
