Production entities are permission based
To update, your account must have one of the following roles enabled:
Role: Company Admin
Custom role with: General settings - Full access, Production entities - Full access, Manage
To add a production entity:
In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu
In the dropdown menu, select All projects
In the left-side navigation, click Company settings
Next to Production entities, click the Manage button
On the Production entities page, click the + Add production entity button
Enter the required information: Name, EIN, and Address
You’ll have the option to upload supporting legal documents,(for example Articles of Incorporation or Powers of Attorney), for the PE, by clicking + Add a document
Click the box to confirm that you’ve read through the Terms of Service and Agreements
Click the Save button

Click the + Add production entity button

Click on each of the fields to enter the required information. To add a file, click + Add a document. Click the checkbox next to the Terms of Service, and then click the Save button.
