Delete documents saved to a production entity

Production entities are permission based

To update, your account must have one of the following roles enabled:

  • Role: Company Admin

  • Custom role with: General settings - Full access, Production entities - Full access, Manage

To delete documents saved to a production entity:

  1. In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu

  2. In the dropdown menu, select All projects

  3. In the left-side navigation, click Company settings

  4. Next to Production entities, click the Manage button

  5. On the Production entities page, click the three dots next to the PE that you want to update

  6. In the popup menu, click Edit

  7. Scroll down the page until you see Supporting legal documents section

  8. Click the red trash can icon to remove the document from the PE

  9. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page
