Step 5: Add certificate of insurance

Wrapbook requires all companies to carry general liability and automobile liability insurance and list Wrapbook as additionally insured. Such policies must provide coverage for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence.

If your company has general liability insurance:

1. Click Yes - we have an appropriate policy

2. Click the Choose a file button to upload a copy of a certificate of insurance listing Wrapbook as additionally insured and including a Waiver of Subrogation. Please ensure the certificate holder's name and address are listed as "TakeOne Network Corp DBA Wrapbook, 228 Park Ave S #36206, New York, New York 10003", and the certificate holder is included as an additional insured, with Waiver of Subrogation language included.

3. Enter the policy Expiration date

4. Click the Save button

If your company doesn’t have general liability insurance, you can purchase a general liability policy through Wrapbook:

1. Click No - we do not carry an appropriate policy

2. Click the Get a general liability quote button

3. Click the Get started button

If you click Get started, you’ll be guided through our steps for securing a general liability quote. Once you’ve completed the steps for getting an insurance quote, return to the Add your certificate of insurance page and click the Save button.
