How to generate a Paid Sick Leave Report
To generate a Paid Sick Leave Report:
In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu
In the dropdown menu, select All projects
In the left-side navigation, click Reports
On the Reports dashboard, under Paid Sick Leave Report, click the View report button
On the Paid Sick Leave Report page, use the available filters to refine results by:
Date range
Project
Worker name
Click Download CSV to generate the report
After you click the Download CSV button, the file will be automatically downloaded to your computer. To locate the file, navigate to where your computer saves new downloads.
Pro tips
Only W-2 employees are eligible for sick leave under most state laws—use filters to focus reporting on them
Review this report monthly or quarterly to stay ahead of any compliance gaps
