About Fringe Reports
The company-level Fringe Report gives you a detailed breakdown of fringe costs—like union benefits, payroll taxes, workers’ comp, and more—across all payrolls in your company. This report is especially valuable for productions that need to track true labor costs for budgeting, union reporting, or cost reconciliation.

The company-level Fringe Report is ideal for:
True labor cost tracking - Understand the total cost of hiring beyond just wages
Budgeting and forecasting - Estimate fringe expenses accurately during pre-production and adjust budgets as needed
Union reporting - Break down fringe contributions to meet guild or union reporting requirements

What’s included in the report
The company-level Fringe Report includes all cost components beyond gross wages that make up your full labor expenses, including:
Project Name
Worker Name
Worker Type (W-2 or 1099)
Union Affiliation (if applicable)
Gross Wages
Employer Payroll Taxes
Workers’ Compensation Insurance
Union Benefits (e.g., health, pension, annuity)
Fringe Rate %
Total Fringe Cost
How to generate a Fringe Report
To generate a company-level Fringe Report:
In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu
In the dropdown menu, select All projects
In the left-side navigation, click Reports
On the Reports dashboard, under Fringe Report, click the View report button
On the Fringe Report page, use the available filters to narrow by:
Date range
Project
Worker type (W-2 or 1099)
Union
Local #
Click Download CSV to export the report
After you click the Download CSV button, the file will be automatically downloaded to your computer. To locate the file, navigate to where your computer saves new downloads.

Run this report mid-production and at wrap to keep tabs on overages or budget alignment
Filter by project or union to isolate and report specific fringe obligations
