Delete a startwork packet

Startwork is permission based

To update, your account must have one of the following roles enabled:

  • Role: Company Admin, Company Manager, Project Coordinator

  • Custom role with: Worker hiring and startwork - Full access, Project access only

Deleting a packet will prevent it from being assigned to new workers, but the startwork documents within the packet will not be impacted.

To delete a startwork packet:

  1. At the top of the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu

  2. Select All projects

  3. In the left-side navigation, click Startwork

  4. From the company-level Startwork dashboard, click the Packets tab

  5. Click the three dots next to the packet you want to delete, and select Delete
