Overview
A startwork packet is a collection of role-specific documents and forms that are distributed to workers during the onboarding process
With Wrapbook, you can group individual startwork documents into a startwork packet that can be assigned to workers when you invite them to join a project.
Startwork packets can be created from the Startwork dashboard at both the company and project levels.
When you create a startwork packet at the company level:
It can contain any individual startwork documents that have been saved on the company Startwork dashboard
It can be assigned to any worker that’s been added to a company project
When you create a startwork packet at the project level:
It can only contain startwork that’s been saved on the project Startwork dashboard
It can only be assigned to workers who have been added to that specific project
Startwork packets cannot be transferred between company and project levels. To restrict packet access to a specific project, you’ll need to create a new packet directly at the project level.
How to access a company’s startwork packets
Startwork at the company level is permission based
To update, your account must have one of the following roles enabled:
Role: Company Admin, Company Manager
Custom role with: Worker hiring and startwork - Full access
To access a company’s startwork packets:
At the top of the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu
Select All projects
In the left-side navigation, click Startwork
On the Startwork dashboard, click the Packets tab

Click the dropdown menu and select All projects, then click Startwork. On the Startwork dashboard, click the Packets tab.
How to access a project’s startwork packets
Startwork at the project level is permission based
To update, your account must have one of the following roles enabled:
Role: Company Admin, Company Manager, Project Coordinator
Custom role with: Worker hiring and startwork - Full access, Project access only
To access a project’s startwork packets:
At the top of the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu
In the dropdown menu, select the project that you want to manage startwork packets for
In the left-side navigation, click Startwork
On the Startwork dashboard, click the Packets tab

Click the dropdown menu and select the project, then click Startwork. On the Startwork dashboard, click the Packets tab.
