Try a different browser
The login issue may be browser-specific. In this case, you can try the following:
Use a different browser (for example, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)
Disable browser extensions
Some extensions (like ad blockers or privacy tools) can interfere with scripts. You can check to see if this is the issue by:
Temporarily disabling extensions
Reloading the page and attempt login again
Check your system time and date
Accurate system time is essential for:
Secure connections (SSL/TLS)
Logging and event tracking
Scheduled tasks and updates
Time-sensitive authentication (e.g., OAuth, MFA)
To prevent system time and date issues:
Confirm system time is accurate
Set time/date to auto-sync with Network Time Protocol (NTP) if possible. Most modern operating systems use NTP to synchronize your device's clock with official time servers, ensuring accuracy without user intervention
Review network and firewall settings
Firewalls or proxies might block login requests. To address this:
If you’re using a VPN or proxy try temporarily disabling it
If you’re on an internet connection that’s managed by an organization like a company or school, you may be blocked from accessing certain websites. Check firewall settings or try on a different network (for example, your mobile hotspot).
