Your Wrapbook account

To use Wrapbook, you’ll need an account.

Wrapbook accounts are free and can be connected to multiple projects and production companies.

  • If you haven’t used Wrapbook before, the production company that you’re working for will create an account for you and invite you to join

  • If you’ve received an invitation to join Wrapbook, you can use the Quick Start Guide to set up your account

However, you can create a Wrapbook account on your own, if you’ve been asked to do so.

Creating an account

  1. Login to Wrapbook

  2. Click the Sign up link at the bottom of the page

Account merges

In Wrapbook, you don’t have to create a new account each time you’re invited to join a project. A single Wrapbook account can be connected to multiple projects and production companies.

To ensure you’re using a single account:

  • If you try to create a new Wrapbook account using worker information that’s already connected to an existing Wrapbook account, an alert will appear that says, You already have a Wrapbook account, and provide the following options: 

    • Login with existing account

    • Contact customer support

  • Click the Login with existing account button to merge the new account with your existing account.  This will allow you to access all your projects from a single Wrapbook account.

  • If you no longer have access to the email, click the Contact customer support button to get help updating your account information
