# Project dashboards

## Overview

[Authorized](/v1/docs/roles-permissions) production administrators and accountants can use a project’s dashboard to:

- See a summary of project details
- Jump to specific project workflows

## Access a project’s dashboard

In Wrapbook you can acccess a project’s dashboard from either the [All projects dashboard](/v1/docs/all-projects-dashboard), or by selecting a project in the left-side navigation.

To use the left-side navigation to access a project’s dashboard:

1. In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu
2. In the dropdown menu, select the name of the project to go to its project dashboard

## Project dashboard information

In Wrapbook, project dashboards serve as information hubs for individual productions. They provide real-time tracking of project workflows including:

- *Onboarding & verification*
- *Timecards*
- *Run payroll*

If [Cost tracking](/v1/docs/about-cost-tracking) is enabled for your company, you’ll also see

- *Budget*
- *Petty cash*
- *Purchase orders*

If the [Production Accounting Suite (PAS)](/v1/docs/about-production-accounting) is enabled for your company, you’ll also see an overview of:

- *Budget & EFC*
- *Bank balance*
- *Quick actions* for accountants including *Manage periods*, *Manage tags*, and *Manage* Chart of Accounts

## Project dashboard actions

From a project’s dashboard you can:

- Access [project settings](/v1/docs/about-project-settings) by clicking the gear icon
- Unsubscribe from [project notifications](/v1/docs/user-menu-admin#notification-settings) by clicking the **Unsubscribe** button
- Click the links within each overview section to manage related tasks

Estimated Final Cost: A number that updates bad on acutal costs incurred against the budget

The master list of all the accounts used to track production costs, expenses, assets, liabilities, and income. These also can be referred to as Cost Accounts. In commercials, typically AICP line numbers are utilized in its stead.
