# Non-union time calculations

## Overview

In Wrapbook, time calculations are automatically adjusted based on worker type, work location, and job type. You can manage time calculations for non-union workers specifically on the *Non-union time calculations* page. ## **Access Non-union time calculations**

> Non-union time calculations are permission based
> 
> To update, your account must have one of the following [roles](/v1/docs/permissions-and-access-control) enabled:
> 
> - Role: *Company Admin*
> - Custom role with: *General* *settings* - *Full access*

To access *Non-union time calculations*:

1. In the left-side navigation, click the dropdown menu
2. In the dropdown menu, select **All projects**
3. In the left-side navigation, click **Company settings**
4. Scroll down the page until you see *Project Preferences*
5. Click the **Edit** button next to *Non-union time calculations*

## **See the calculator rules for time calculation titles**

1. On the *Time calculations management* page, click the **Learn more** link
2. A panel will open on the right side of the screen that provides an overview and specific rules for each *Time calculation* title
3. Use the dropdown menu in the panel to select the *Time calculation title* that you want to see details for
4. When you’re finished, you can click the **X** to close the panel

## **Enable and disable non-union time calculations**

- On the *Time calculation management* page, click the toggles to enable/disable non-union time calculations

Places or properties used on a project (as opposed to a stage or backlot). If using the inside of the structure, this is called an Interior (Int). If filming outside, this is called Exterior (Ext).
