# Navigating Wrapbook as an Agent

## Overview

Once you have an [agent profile](/v1/docs/using-wrapbook-as-an-agent#your-wrapbook-account) in Wrapbook, you'll be able to access your agent dashboard.

From your agent dashboard, you can access the following tools:

## User menu

The user menu provides access to your personal account settings and preferences. Your initial settings and preferences are based on the information that you entered when your Wrapbook account was created, but you can update this information at any time.

After you login to your Wrapbook account, you'll be able to access the user menu by clicking on your account name at the top-right corner of any page in Wrapbook.

From the user menu, you can view the following:

### My shared files

Click **My shared files** to access secure document sharing through your Wrapbook profile.

Click the **Requests** tab to:

- See the log of file requests you've received, and responded to
- Respond to file share requests by using the *Upload* button

Click the **Shared Files** tab to access files that have been shared with you, and files that you've previously uploaded.

### My clients

Click **My Clients** in the user menu to go to your *Clients* list. To learn more, see Your Clients list below.

### Account details

Click **Account details** in the user menu to view *your* details as listed in Wrapbook:

- *Headshot*
- *Name*
- *Emails*
- *Phone*
- *Notification settings*
- *Password*
- *Multi-factor authentication*
- *Cookie preferences*
- *Login sessions*

From the *Account details* page, you'll be able to view and update any of your information listed above.

In the *Login sessions* section, you can use the **Log out everywhere** button to sign out of your Wrapbook account on all computers and devices where it has been previously accessed.

### Notification settings

Click **Notification settings** in the user menu to view and customize the email notifications that you'd like to receive from Wrapbook.

Notification option categories are:

- *Approval Workflows - Workflow comment added* — Click the toggle to turn on/off email notifications when comments are added by production administrators to your clients' startwork, timecards, and expenses.
- *Marketing Emails* — Click the toggle to turn on/off marketing emails from Wrapbook

### What's new

Click **What's new** to see Wrapbook announcements and feature updates. If there's a new update, you'll see a red dot next to this option in the user menu.

### Help & support

Click **Help & support** in the user menu to see details for accessing the [Wrapbook Help Center](https://help.wrapbook.com) and contacting the [Support team](/v1/docs/how-to-get-help-using-wrapbook).

## Left-side navigation

The left-side navigation gives you quick access to your agent tools in Wrapbook. From the left-side navigation, you can navigate to:

- **Dashboard** — Your agent dashboard, showing clients who need onboarding and your most recent payments. See [Dashboard](/v1/docs/navigating-wrapbook-as-an-agent#968cb84a-90c5-4c93-9870-6abf1d2e5eb0) below.
- **Clients** — A list of all your clients in Wrapbook. See [Your Clients list](/v1/docs/navigating-wrapbook-as-an-agent#my-clients) below.
- **Agent Settings** — Your payment information and mailing address. See [Agent Settings](/v1/docs/navigating-wrapbook-as-an-agent#0fa3c82e-34dd-451c-91aa-d99545488225) below.

## Agent dashboard

Your *agent dashboard* is the first page you see when you log in to Wrapbook as an agent. It has two sections: *Needs Onboarding* and *Recently Paid*.

### Needs Onboarding

The *Needs Onboarding* section shows clients who have been invited to a project but have not yet completed their startwork. For each client, you can see:

- *Client*
- *Project / Company*
- *Job title*
- *Starts*
- *Rates*
- *Payment method* (including agent fee %)
- *Onboarding status*

From this list, you can:

- Click **View details** to open the *Worker details* panel for that client. See Worker details below.
- Click **Onboard for client** to begin onboarding that client for the project.

### Recently Paid

The **Recently Paid** section shows a summary of recent payments made to your clients. For each entry, you can see:

- *Client*
- *Project title*
- *Job title*
- *Last payment date*
- *Last payment* — click the link to view the full payment details

## Your Clients list

With an agent profile, you can view and manage all of your clients from your *Clients* list.

To access your *Clients* list:

1. In the left-side navigation, click **Clients**

Your *Clients* list shows all of your clients in a single view. For each client, you can see their:

- *Worker* (name with profile photo or initials)
- *Job title*

Click the **View** button next to a client's name to go to their client detail page.

## Client detail page

On a client's detail page, you'll see the client's name, email address, and mailing address. From here, you can:

- Click **View details** to open the *Worker details* panel. See Worker details below.
- Click **Email [client name]** to send an email to your client directly from Wrapbook
- Use the **Payments** tab to review your client's payment history and submissions
- Use the **Projects** tab to see your client's project details, onboarding status, and payment authorization forms

### Payments tab

The *Payments* tab shows your client's payment history and submissions.

#### Payments

The payments list shows each payment with the following details:

- *Status* — shows **Processing** or **Completed**
- *Project / Company*
- *Requests*
- *Issued* (date and time)
- *Net pay*

For payments with a *Completed* status, you can:

- Click **View** to see the paystub
- Click **Download** to save or print the paystub as a PDF

#### Submissions

Below the payments list, the *Submissions* section shows timecards and expenses that have been submitted to the production company. For each submission, you can see:

- *Date*
- *Description*
- *Amount*
- *Status* — shows **Approved** or **Paid**
- *Payment* — shows **Processing** or **Completed**
- A link to the timecard or expense. Click the timecard link to open the full timecard view. From there, you can review the time entries and download the timecard as a PDF — click **Download** to save it to your device.

### Projects tab

The **Projects** tab shows an overview of each project your client is associated with. For each project, you can see:

- *Project / Company*
- *Job*
- *Starts*
- *Rates*
- *Payment method* (including agent fee %)
- *Payment authorization form* — shows **Uploaded** with a **View** link, or **Not on file** with an **Upload form** link
- *Onboarding status* — shows **Onboarded** or **Client is onboarding**

When a client's *Onboarding status* shows **Client is onboarding**, an **Onboard for client** button will appear. Click it to begin onboarding that client for the project.

To upload a *Payment Authorization Form* for a project, click **Upload form** in the *Payment authorization form* column. On the following page, drag and drop the file or click **Browse Files** to select it from your device. Supported file types: JPEG, PJPEG, PNG, X-PNG, TIFF, HEIC, HEIF, and PDF. Max file size: 20MB.

## Worker details

You can view a client's personal details from two places:

- Click **View details** on the client's detail page (top-right corner, next to the **Email** button)
- Click **View details** next to a client's name in the **Needs Onboarding** section of your agent dashboard

The *Worker details* panel shows the following information for your client:

- *Date of birth*
- *SSN* (masked)
- *Withholdings information*
- *W-9 information*
- *Account* — indicates whether the client has a Wrapbook account

To close the panel, click the **X** in the top-right corner.

## Agent Settings

Your payment information and mailing address can be accessed via your *Agent Settings*.

To view or update your *Agent Settings*:

1. In the left-side navigation, click **Agent Settings**

In your *Agent Settings*, you can:

- Click the **Edit** button to see your [Banking Information](/v1/docs/how-to-set-up-payments-to-you-and-your-clients#adding-your-banking-information) and update your [*Payment Method*](/v1/docs/how-to-set-up-payments-to-you-and-your-clients#about-payments-agent-fees) and/or [*Mailing Address*](/v1/docs/how-to-set-up-payments-to-you-and-your-clients#mailing-address)
- Click the **View** button to see Wrapbook's [*Terms of Service Agreement*](https://www.wrapbook.com/legal/terms-of-service)

A person or company licensed by the state to represent clients and negotiate contracts on their behalf.

(Social Security Number) A unique identifier issued to U.S. citizens and residents that serves multiple purposes including taxation and identification.
