# Track payments to you and your clients made through Wrapbook

1. In the left-side navigation, click **Clients**
2. Find your client in the list and click the **View** button. A client must be fully [onboarded](/v1/docs/onboarding-your-clients-in-wrapbook) before they can be paid through Wrapbook.
3. On your client's detail page, click the **Payments** tab

## Client payment status

In the *Payments* tab, you'll see a list of payments made to your client along with each payment's *Status*, *Project / Company*, *Requests* ([Timecard](/v1/docs/about-timecards-workers) or [Allowance/Expense](/v1/docs/about-allowances-expenses-workers)), *Issued* date, and *Net pay*

The status of each timecard and payment is noted using the following labels:

### Timecard submission and approval status

*Submitted / Not processed -* Your client’s timecard has been submitted, but payment has not yet been processed by the production company

*Approved / Not processed -* Your client’s timecard has been approved, but the payment has not yet been processed by the production company

### Payment status

*Processing* — Your client's payment is currently being processed. For more information, contact the production administrators for the project your client is working on.

*Completed* — The payment has been issued.

### Payment delivery

- [If your client is paid via checks mailed to your agency](/v1/docs/how-to-set-up-payments-to-you-and-your-clients), the check may take up to 7 business days to arrive. If you don't receive your client's check after 7 business days, [contact the Wrapbook Support Team](/v1/docs/how-to-get-help-using-wrapbook).
- [If your client has opted to receive payments via direct deposit to their bank account](/v1/docs/how-to-set-up-payments-to-you-and-your-clients), the direct deposit typically arrives within 1–3 business days from the issue date.
