# How to see your year-to-date (YTD) earnings

You can find your year-to-date (YTD) earning at the top of your *Payments* dashboard.

## Access your Payments dashboard

- In the left-side navigation, click **Payments**

## Payment totals

At the top of your *Payments* dashboard, click to choose the year that you want to see totals for:

- *Total issued gross pay* - This is the total amount of earnings before any deductions (taxes, benefits, etc.) that have been fully processed and paid out
- *Total issued net pay* - This is the actual amount received after all deductions that has been fully processed and paid out
- *Total pending gross pay* - This is the sum of gross earnings that are still being processed and haven't been paid yet

## How to download your earnings report

You can download your earnings report for completed payments from your *Payments* dashboard.

1. In the left-side navigation, click **Payments**
2. Use the filters at the top of the page to select the *Company, Project,* [*Worker Type*](https://help.wrapbook.com/docs/worker-classification) and/or *Timeframe.* The *Worker Type* and *Payment Type* must be selected in order to generate the report.
3. Once the earnings are listed on the page, click the **Download** button and select either *PDF* or *CSV*

If you select PDF, you can use your PDF reader to save or print the report.

If you select CSV, the file containing your report will automatically be downloaded to your computer. To find the file, navigate to where your computer saves new downloads.

Note: Only payments with [*Completed status*](https://help.wrapbook.com/docs/how-to-see-your-payments-status) will be included on the report.

*Use the filters above the list of payments to build your earnings report. Remember, a Worker Type and Payment Type must be specified. Then click the* ***Download*** *button, and select either PDF or CSV.*
