The document may be proof of completed training or another required record for the production. If the upload is *required*, you won’t be able to finish onboarding until the document is uploaded and any required review is complete. If the upload is *optional*, you’ll see a reminder, but you can finish onboarding without uploading a file. Your production may provide instructions about the document, such as what to upload, where to get it, or which file to use. Read those instructions before uploading a document in Wrapbook. ### How to access the document requirement 1. Open your project’s [onboarding](/v1/docs/how-to-complete-your-startwork) checklist 2. Find the document requirement 3. Click the requirement to open its document upload screen If you’re completing onboarding on behalf of a worker, open the worker’s onboarding profile and follow the same steps. ### How to upload a document 1. Review the instructions on the document requirement screen 2. If the requirement includes a training link, click the link and complete the training 3. Return to the document requirement screen and click **Browse files** 4. Select the document from your device 5. Review the file preview 6. Click **Save** After you save the file, the production can review the upload when review is required. ### How to replace or delete an upload While the document is pending company review, use the controls on the upload preview screen to delete the file and upload a replacement. After the production approves the document, you won’t be able to change the upload. Contact your production coordinator if you need to provide a different document. ### If the production requests a correction If your production coordinator needs a change, a notification will display on your onboarding page. 1. Open your project’s [onboarding checklist](/v1/docs/how-to-complete-your-startwork) or [Documents](/v1/docs/about-your-documents#documents-help-articles) 2. Find the document requirement with the correction request 3. Read the correction message 4. Upload an updated document ### If you can’t upload a digital copy Contact your production coordinator if you completed the requirement but can’t upload a digital copy. The production coordinator may be able to mark the requirement as complete on your behalf. You can find your production contact on the [project dashboard](/v1/docs/project-dashboards-worker#access-a-project-dashboard). ## FAQ To help you understand document upload requirements during project onboarding, we’ve put together this list of frequently-asked questions.
