# Contract Service Letters

## About Contract Service Letters

We're happy to provide employment verification via a [Contract Service Letter](https://www.wrapbook.com/contract-service-letter-request) for work you've done through Wrapbook.

Workers looking to qualify for a union or a union membership upgrade can request a *Contract Service Letter* from Wrapbook proving they've worked a specific amount in the relevant occupation per union guidelines.

Qualification requirements vary per union but typically require workers to work a certain number of days (generally 30) in a given period or earn a minimum threshold during a time period.

When requested, employers must send a letter with specific data to the non-profit organization [Contract Services](https://www.csatf.org/), which handles union membership and rosters for the benefit of the motion picture and television industry.

**Notes:**

- Wrapbook cannot provide Contract Service Letters for workers paid as [contractors](/v1/docs/understanding-your-worker-classification#contractor-classification) through Wrapbook
- You will not receive your Contract Service Letter immediately after submitting the form. Wrapbook reviews each request and sends the letter — allow up to 5 business days from submission.

## How to request a Contract Service Letter

Workers can go to [https://www.wrapbook.com/contract-service-letter-request](https://www.wrapbook.com/contract-service-letter-request) to submit a request.

In the form, you'll be prompted to enter:

- Your name
- Your email address
- The union you are requesting the letter for
- The start and end dates of the work period

Once you've entered the required information, submit the form to send your request.

## What happens next

Wrapbook reviews each request and sends the letter — allow up to 5 business days from submission.

From there, Wrapbook will:

- Email the Contract Service Letter to Contract Services (CSATF)
- Send you a copy of the letter
